The Offices at Deep Fork Creek (2006 – 2011) – master planned, developed, marketed, constructed, and sold 15 office buildings and 1 restaurant (Pearl’s) along N. Classen Blvd., in north Oklahoma City, comprising 11 acres and over 105,000 square feet of improvements, from 2006 – 2011.
Tower Lakes Office Park (2011 – present) – currently developing a master-planned office park at the SE corner of E. Britton Rd. & N. Kelley Ave., in northeast Oklahoma City, 1 mile east of I-235 (Broadway Extension) & 2 miles west of I-35, along E. Britton Rd., comprising 40 acres, 3 spring-fed lakes, 19 buildings containing over 125,000 s.f.
The Offices at Covell Village (2012 – present) – currently developing a master-planned, 8-building office park in North Edmond, on 4.5 acres at the southwest corner of Covell Village Blvd. & N. Kelly Ave., near Lowe’s, Walgreen’s, Uptown Grocery Co., BancFirst, Covell Village residential subdivision, etc. Completed buildings include Edmond Pediatrics, Sunset Veterinary Clinic, Todd Krehbiel, MD, and Farmers Insurance building. 4 lots remain to be built.
Nichols Green Medical Office Park (2013 – 2016) – Developed and built a master-planned, 3-building medical office park on 2 acres in North Oklahoma City on the east side of N. May Ave., north of Wilshire Blvd., including a 3-surgeon plastic surgery center, a dental office and a third medical related building.
Tower Lakes East Corporate Office Park (2015 – present) on the east side of the “Tower Lakes”, which will be comprised of 4 x 75,000 SF corporate and multi-tenant office buildings.
Wilshire Point (2015 – present) 26-acre mixed use development in East Nichols Hills, located at the SE corner of N. Classen Blvd. & W. Wilshire Blvd. Wilshire Point is a master-planned community of 25 contemporary single-family homes; 14 garden offices; a 160-unit high end apartment complex; 55,000 SF of executive garage condo space; restaurant, resort pool & fitness center; all in a park-like atmosphere with natural walking trails, parks and ponds, to serve residential and business tenants and owners alike, together with amenities desired by all demographics ranging from millennials to baby boomers.
Anton’s Landing (2016 – present) 105-acre residential development at the NE corner of SW 29th & County Line Rd., Oklahoma County, Oklahoma City, being master planned and developed in partnership with Robert Crout of The Crout Companies.
